Because of the custom nature of all of our handmade souvenirs, all US sales are final. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EU Customers

  • 14-day withdrawal window starting from delivery of the last item
  • Return-after-notice timing: returns must be received within 14 days of notice of return
  • Customers can expect a refund once their item is received by our team
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser
  • Once received, the original shipping cost will also be refunded
